SongZone takes data protection very seriously indeed. We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998 (UK) and ensure all personal details you may provide are stored securely. In accordance with the Act, SongZone is classified in UK Law as the Data Controller of your personal information in our possession and it is our strict policy that any information that you provide will not be released to any other organisation or individual. Under the Act all UK citizens may elect to see what personal information is held by Data Controllers. SongZone will not charge you for such a request, but for security purposes we do demand that any such request is put in writing, with proof of identity before release of data.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal's secure credit and debit card processing services to order our products! What makes PayPal particularly effective is that your personal financial details are never stored on or handled by our web host servers - even temporarily. The HTML code for triggering this event is encrypted, with details stored only on PayPal's SSL web servers, thus preventing manipulation by third parties. COOKIES & VISITOR TRACKING

Unlike many other eCommerce sites, our website does not use 'cookies' to store information on your PC regarding user preferences. Like many online businesses, however, we do use a visitor tracking stats facility provided by our hosting company. The package available to us is called MatrixStats and provides us with real-time visitor statistics on numbers of unique visitors to our site. Stats include information on where these visitors have been directed from, what search terms these visitors have used and which browsers visitors are using. We are also supplied with details of other websites that are accessing our html files (e.g. business directories and search engines).
