TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prior payment is required to secure the dispatch of orders to individuals, businesses, non-UK LEA organisations and overseas customers through use of our online PayPal shopping cart. Goods will be dispatched within 2 - 5 working days.

UK LEA establishments optionally may order goods prior to payment via phone, fax or  email, preferably with corresponding issue of an official purchase order number. Goods will be dispatched along with an invoice. Payment terms will be 14 days from date of invoice.

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail first class package post to UK destinations and Royal Mail standard airmail to overseas destinations. Maximum permissible weight for international destinations is 2kg. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, but we aim to dispatch goods in strict rotation within five working days.

Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge providing the customer returns these within 90 days of purchase.

Due to copyright law unwanted songbooks and showpacks cannot be returned for refund unless found to be faulty.

Inspection copies cannot be provided.
